We continually strive to offer our kids beds & furniture, at competitive prices; however, if you do find our products cheaper on another website then we will happily match this price, subject to the conditions below:

Price Match Conditions:

• The product must be the identical brand and model
• The product must not be used (including ex-display), refurnished or damaged
• The product must be offered on a like for like payment option
• The lower price must be displayed on the Internet for us to verify
• The lower price must be a genuine price and not a pricing error
• The lower price must also include VAT and delivery costs
• The service level must be on a like for like basis
• The delivery method must be on a like for like basis
• You must contact us to inform us of your price match request prior to placing your order
• If your price match request is approved, you then have 24 hours in which to place your order

In order to successfully place a Price Match Request, please follow these steps:

STEP 1

Contact us, by emailing info@completecomfortbeds.com, prior to ordering to inform us of your price match request. If you are contacting us via email, please include a link to the cheaper product.

STEP 2

All price match requests and any approvals that are made must take place before placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any price match requests after you have placed your order.

STEP 3

Once the price match has been approved, you then have 24 hours in which to place your order.
